Chloe Cavayero Gross, M.A., BCBA

Owner & Lead Supervisor

Chloe has 12+ years of experience working with children and families. She earned her dual Master’s degree from the Steinhart School of Education, Culture and Human development at NYU, in Early Childhood General and Special Education. Chloe began her career teaching children on the autism spectrum. As her interest in human behavior and its impact on learning grew, she then decided to pursue board certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) at Florida Institute of Technology.

Since then, she has worked in the home, clinic, and school settings, using her expertise in behavior analysis, and academic remediation to provide support to students with varying diagnoses.  Additionally, Chloe currently holds Florida teacher’s certification in Students with Disabilities (K-12). Chloe founded Full Spectrum in 2015, on the premise that all children, regardless of ability, deserve high quality, individualized educational services. When she isn’t working with her Full Spectrum staff and families, Chloe can be found riding her cycling bike at home, or at the park with her 3-year-old son, and 9 month old daughter.

Natalie Lanzet, M.S.-Ed, BCBA

Clinical Supervisor

Natalie received her Masters of Science degree in Early Childhood Special Education from Hunter College in New York City. She furthered her education and training by pursuing board certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) at Florida Institute of Technology in 2016. For the past 10+ years, Natalie has worked with children and adults with autism and related developmental disabilities in schools, clinics, and homes as a special education teacher, registered behavior technician, and behavior analyst.

By implementing individualized and comprehensive educational programs rooted in evidence-based practices, Natalie strives to ensure that each of her students reaches his or her fullest potential. Her passion resides in applying verbal behavior methodologies, analyzing and treating problem behavior, and providing parent training to produce socially significant outcomes. Natalie enjoys traveling and spending time outdoors with her husband and 1 year old in her leisure time.

Jennifer Bremec, B.A.

Educational Specialist

Jennifer Bremec has 10+ years of experience in the special education field, and currently works for the Palm Beach School District in addition to her work with Full Spectrum. She has taught elementary and middle school students with unique learning needs in the public school setting, and specializes in working with children on the spectrum.

Jennifer holds Florida Teacher's Certifications in Elementary Education (K-6) and Exceptional Student Education (K-12), along with Reading and Autism Spectrum Disorder Endorsements. She specializes in reading interventions and social skills instruction, and regularly attends trainings in these areas to increase her skill set. Jennifer is also an active member in the FAU CARD community. In her free time, she enjoys free-diving, gardening, and traveling the world.

 

Margeurite Khouri, B.A.

Marguerite’s passion is to empower students to overcome any learning challenges both in and out of the classroom. Since 2013, she has helped students of all ages and ability, including ADHD, dyslexia, and more, to become enthusiastic lifelong learners. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Exceptional Student Education (K-12) with ESOL and Reading endorsements. Marguerite also believes in a holistic approach and student-centered learning. She holds certifications in CRISS (Creating Independence through Student-Owned Strategies), Teaching Critical Thinking Through Art, Coaching Young Learners, and Emotion Coaching.


Marguerite’s interest in education and emotion comes from her international upbringing, having been raised between the United States, Europe, and the Middle East while attending public, private, and boarding schools. This experience has also allowed her to relate to not only diversity in learning, but in culture, and the challenges that come with changes at a young age.


Marguerite began her career as a teacher in a Title I school as an interventionist working one-on-one or with small groups of students needing help, followed by her own classroom of Intensive Reading students who faced a diverse set of difficulties. Following her public education role, Marguerite has been employed by private residences to provide homeschooling and emotion coaching. Currently, Marguerite dedicates her time to helping students and families understand the role of emotions in life and learning, while honoring every child's uniqueness.


Odalis Romero, M.S.

Odalis received her Masters of Science degree in Special Education with a concentration in autism, from Florida International University in Miami, Florida. Odalis holds Florida Teacher's Certifications in Elementary Education (K-6) and Exceptional Student Education (K-12), along with English as a Second Language (ESOL) and Autism Spectrum Disorder Endorsements. For the past 12+ years Odalis has taught students from diverse cultures and diverse disabilities, included but not limited to visual impairments, autism and other developmental disabilities, intellectual disabilities and many others. Odalis has been a special education teacher for the Miami-Dade School District for the past seven years, where she teaches in a middle school in a self-contained autistic unit. Odalis has taught art, science, language arts, English, math, science, social studies and even social skills. She also teaches in her church and advocates for the children who come into her congregation with developmental disabilities by including them in church events, especially children events, and educating congregation leaders and teachers. 

 

Odalis is currently pursuing a second Masters in the field of mental health counseling and applied behavior analysis and is sought to graduate August 2020. Upon graduation she plans to pursue certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) as well as a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC). She is currently an intern a hospital where she in working with individuals with severe mental health disorders to assist them to transition back to the community. She plans to help individuals overcome traumatic events. As a teacher she noticed there were no counselors trained to help individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities overcome traumatic events. Thus, she went back to school to be able to advocate and help those individuals. Odalis has been an advocate as a teacher for her students, which is what gives her the drive to continue advocating for them even if it is a career change. 

Sheila Rodriguez, B.S.

Sheila Rodriguez has 10+ years of experience working with children in various settings. She is currently employed as an educator at Miami-Dade County Public Schools. During her time as an educator, she has provided special education services for children in grades Pre-K through 5th grade in general education, resource rooms, and inclusion educational settings, specializing in Specific Learning Disabilities and Language Disorders. In the last five years, she has taught students of varying abilities, including Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Dyslexia, and Intellectual Disabilities.

Sheila holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Exceptional Student Education (K-12) and a graduate certificate in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Florida International University. Sheila is currently working on obtaining a Master of Science degree in Speech Language Pathology. She holds Florida Educator Certifications in Exceptional Student Education (K-12), Elementary Education (K-6) and endorsements in Reading and Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL). Sheila’s passion is providing children and their families with the necessary tools to foster independence and self-advocacy. 

Our Test Prep Specialists

Chantell Mitchell, M.A.

Chantelle has 20+ years of experience teaching students of all ages- at the elementary, middle and high school levels- including students with unique learning needs, in and outside of the public school setting. She earned her Master’s degree in the Art of Teaching and Learning, and also has three Bachelor’s degrees from the University of Michigan and Oakland University. Chantelle specializes in SAT and ACT college test preparation, and in addition, has prepared students for ISEE, SSAT, and HSPT private high school entrance exams.

Prior to working for Full Spectrum, Chantelle taught fourth and fifth grade in Michigan and Vermont for many years. She also taught at Chyten Educational Services where she specialized in high stakes test preparation. Although her specialty is SAT test prep, Chantelle also very much enjoys teaching math, algebra, geometry, ELA and Executive Function with an interest in ADHD coaching. When not teaching students, Chantelle enjoys gardening, travel and reading. Chantelle is available to serve students for remote instruction.
